Self-inspection audit – Contract testing laboratory

A small independent testing laboratory approached JWQC after selecting us from a register of Quality consultants. Laboratories require self-inspection in order to comply with Eudralex Part 4 chapter 9. However, limited internal QA resource within the organisation meant that external expertise was sought.

JWQC fulfilled the test labs requirements:-

• Provided a bespoke service utilising JWQC’s Quality Control expertise

• Discussed the findings with key personnel and proposed solutions to address them

• Produced a comprehensive report detailing both the findings and additional recommendations for improvements based on JWQC’s wide ranging industry experience.

By out-sourcing the self-inspection to JWQC, the client received an in-depth, responsive and cost effective solution, which enhanced GMP awareness within the organisation and satisfied regulatory requirements.
